The employer seeks a commercially minded professional with a strong B2B sales background.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for payroll outsourcing and HR solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Build relationships with managers, finance heads, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Meet clients, present solutions, understand business needs, and recommend suitable offerings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and business growth opportunities.
Candidate requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE business development or B2B sales experience.
- Selling payroll outsourcing, HR services or solutions, or other outsourced corporate services is highly preferred.
- Proven independent lead generation, client acquisition, and deal-closing ability.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging HR professionals, finance leaders, and senior management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
