We're growing our UAE team and looking for commercially sharp, people-driven consultants who can do two things well: open doors and deliver results. This isn't a pure sales role and it isn't pure recruitment — it's both. You'll be building relationships with clients, understanding their projects, tech talent needs, and working hands-on with our delivery team to get the right people in place.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and growing a client base across the UAE and wider GCC, selling Socium's TaaS solutions to tech enabled businesses
• Running full-cycle delivery — sourcing, engaging, and placing tech talent against active client requirements
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning TaaS as the solution to their hiring challenges
• Managing relationships from first conversation through to successful team builds and beyond

What We're Looking For

• Background in a staffing or talent solutions environment
• Genuine understanding of the tech sector — comfortable holding a credible conversation with engineering and technical leaders
• Proven new business development ability — you can build a pipeline and close
• Strong delivery instincts — placing people matters as much as the sales
• Self-motivated and energised by a high-performing environment
