As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for experienced business development professionals who thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving commercial growth.
As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Mnzil’s client base, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s commercial growth across multiple markets.
You will take ownership of high-impact initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
🔑 What You’ll Own
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Manage outreach efforts and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
- Support commercial negotiations and partnership discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track business development performance
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
