As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.
As a
Business Development Associate
, you will play a key role in generating new business, building strategic relationships, and supporting Mnzil’s commercial expansion across multiple markets.
🔑 What You’ll Own
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Manage outreach efforts and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track business development activities
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
