As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, helping strengthen Mnzil’s brand presence and drive engagement across our audiences.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of projects and contributing fresh ideas that make an impact.
🔑 What You’ll Own
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with our community and tracking performance
- Support email marketing initiatives, including newsletters and automated workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to support business initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a startup or agency environment is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
- Basic experience with design tools such as Canva is a plus
