• Own vendor acquisition, vendor performance management, and business expansion strategy for the Packers & Movers vertical.
• The role is responsible for building a strong and scalable vendor ecosystem, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving growth through structured operational and strategic initiatives.**Responsibilities:**
• Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with business requirements and demand patterns
• Negotiate commercials and finalize agreements ensuring healthy unit economics
• Build a strong and reliable vendor network across priority geographies
• Ensure smooth onboarding and enablement of new vendors onto the platform
• Vendor Performance Management* Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs (timeliness, service quality, customer satisfaction)
• Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions where required
• Work closely with underperforming vendors to improve operational standards
• Ensure compliance with agreed operational and service standards at all times
• Business Expansion & Strategy* Identify new growth opportunities in the market (new clusters, demand pockets, underserved areas)
• Develop strategies to increase supply penetration and improve fulfillment capacity
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply growth with customer demand trends
• Drive initiatives to improve vendor density and service availability
• Operational Excellence* Ensure high reliability of vendor operations across active jobs
• Act as escalation point for critical operational issues involving vendors
• Support continuous improvement in execution quality and process efficiency
• Commercial & Supply Optimization* Maintain balance between competitive vendor pricing and business profitability
• Optimize vendor mix to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
• Support leadership in shaping pricing and supply-side strategy

**Qualifications/Skills****:**

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations / Supply / Vendor Management in Packers & Movers, Logistics, or On-demand services
• MBA preferred (strongly preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of UAE / Dubai logistics and vendor ecosystem
• Valid UAE Driving License + Own Car (mandatory for field/vendor interactions)
• High comfort with fieldwork, vendor meetings, and on-ground execution
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable supply strategies
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage external partners in high-pressure environments
