Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Transaction Banking (Cash Management)
Location: Dubai
Type: 8 Months Contract
Job Purpose:
The Senior Business Analyst will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and validation for Cash Management and Transaction Banking initiatives. The role includes analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, participating in testing (SIT/UAT), and guiding Agile product delivery while ensuring solutions meet business, product, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, define, and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories) for Cash Management and Trade Finance.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts, Payments, and Accounts Services.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in SIT/UAT cycles , review test cases, and validate functional and non-functional scenarios.
- Lead or coordinate project modules , providing guidance to junior staff.
- Support Agile delivery: manage backlog, expand user stories, and contribute to squad ceremonies.
- Manage stakeholders across functions, providing insights on value-added changes.
- Develop training material and conduct sessions for assigned product modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in banking, with 7–8 years in project/program management or testing oversight .
- Deep Cash Management / Transaction Banking domain expertise (Liquidity, Virtual Accounts, Payments, Trade Finance).
- Experience with Flexcube, Oracle Banking, OBLM, or OBVAM .
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience; certification preferred (CSM/Agile Coach).
- Hands-on experience in BRDs, user stories, UAT/SIT, and process reengineering .
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and presentation skills .
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence .
