🚨 Hiring \| Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner – Digital Assets 🚨
We are currently supporting a leading financial services organization in the GCC on the hiring of a Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to work on high-impact Digital Assets and Blockchain initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to:
• Digital Assets / Blockchain / DLT
- Cross-Border Payments
Key responsibilities
include:
✔️ Requirements gathering & process mapping
✔️ BRDs, FRDs, User Stories & Functional Documentation
✔️ Stakeholder management across business, compliance, legal & technology teams
✔️ Supporting product delivery, prioritization & implementation
✔️ Working on payment flows, settlement, reconciliation & operational controls
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets / Tokenization ecosystems
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Strong communication & stakeholder management capabilities
- 📍 GCC-based opportunity
- 📄 Contract engagement
- ⏳ Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
