We are looking for a highly analytical and driven
Senior Business Analyst
to join our Business Development team.
This role is ideal for someone who can translate data into insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Business Development
Reporting to:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis
- Analyze internal and external data to support business decisions
- Coordinate pricing proposals aligned with market trends and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Sales
- Gather and document business requirements (user stories, use cases, UAT plans)
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support product development and enhance customer experience
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Approximately 8 years of relevant experience (insurance, banking, telecom, consulting, or similar industries)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of insurance products and processes is a plus
