Overview

Senior / Lead Business Analyst

• to drive business analysis, requirements engineering, and process optimization across a portfolio of core business applications.

• What you’ll be doing:
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business, functional, and operational requirements
• Translate business needs into
• BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases
• Analyze current pain points and identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through delivery, testing, and sign-off
• Support enhancements, new modules, and transformation initiatives across core business systems
• Act as the key link between business teams, vendors, and internal delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops, demos, steering meetings, and decision-making sessions in
• Arabic and English
• Challenge ambiguous requests and convert them into structured, measurable deliverables

• processes and identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and control gaps
• Ensure proposed solutions align with governance, compliance, audit, and operational controls
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and reporting requirements to improve visibility and decision-making
• Prepare
• UAT scenarios, business test cases, and sign-off criteria
• Support SIT/UAT, go-live readiness, training, hypercare, and user adoption
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials in both
• Arabic and English
• What we’re looking for:
• **7+ years**
• of experience as a Business Analyst, including
• 3+ years in a senior capacity
• Strong background in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and mission-critical systems
• Proven expertise in:
• requirements gathering
• BRD / FRD / SRS documentation
• process mapping
• gap analysis
• UAT and solution validation
• Experience working on business applications related to
• government services, transport, traffic, inspection, CRM, operations management, or customer-facing digital platforms
• Strong understanding of
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ITIL, SDLC, and change management
• Hands-on experience with tools such as
• Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, Visio, Power BI, SQL, BPMN tools, and Microsoft 365
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently across executive, operational, and technical audiences
• Excellent analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
• **Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory**

• Experience in
• UAE government, semi-government, transport, traffic, or regulated service environments
• Bachelor’s degree in
