:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to drive end-to-end requirement ownership and product delivery for IT initiatives.
The role requires strong business analysis expertise combined with product ownership capabilities, ensuring that business objectives are translated into high-quality, scalable technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, architects, and engineering teams to define product vision, manage backlogs, and ensure successful delivery using Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Functional & Technical Skills
- Strong experience in
Agile/Scrum
, with exposure to
Waterfall / Hybrid
- models.
- Hands-on experience with
JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- , or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of
SDLC
- , system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience with process modeling techniques (UML, BPMN).
- Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Product & Business Skills
- Proven experience in backlog management and product prioritization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience delivering enterprise or customer-facing digital solutions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Certifications such as
- CSPO / SAFe POPM / CBAP / PMI-PBA / Agile BA
- are preferred.
- Domain experience in Airlines is a plus.
- Experience in global delivery or client-facing roles is desirable.
