Overview
Lead brand communication and build strong relationships with international brand principals, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration
Develop and manage annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive commercial and brand objectives
Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, in store activations, visibility programs, and promotional initiatives
Oversee digital campaigns, influencer activations, and content management to strengthen brand presence
Coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events to maximize exposure
Align closely with Procurement to set purchase targets and manage inventory health and stock levels
Partner with Sales teams to drive sell out strategies, execution excellence, and market penetration
Collaborate cross functionally with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of plans
Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI through structured reporting and analysis
Track competitor activity and propose initiatives to drive growth and differentiation
Act as the key brand custodian, ensuring brand integrity, positioning, and consistency across all touchpoints
