📍 Abu Dhabi | This role is part of our Emiratisation commitment.
A sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst to own the hands-on delivery of its Oracle ERP and enterprise business applications.
This is a doer's role, not a governance one.
You'll be deep in the system — requirements, configuration, process design, and UAT working under the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation to turn business needs into working solutions across finance, procurement, and corporate functions.
What You'Ll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements into ERP and solution designs
- Configure modules and own how the application behaves
- Design and re-engineer business processes (process maps, blueprints)
- Lead UAT - test plans, defect tracking, business sign-off
- Be the functional bridge between business users and the tech team
- What you'll bring:
- 7–10 years as a hands-on IT / business applications analyst
- Real ERP experience - config and UAT, not just oversight
- Background in financial services, investment, banking, or government
- Strong requirements, process, and stakeholder skills
- We do not consider candidates with PMO experience.
