Our client is looking for a

Key account Manager

to support its

Beauty Modern Trade

  • business in KSA.
  • This is a customer-facing commercial role focused on driving performance across assigned modern trade customers, ensuring strong execution of customer business plans, promotional activity, trade spend, forecasting, and store-level delivery.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with customers, field sales, category teams, operations, and key account stakeholders to close performance gaps, identify growth opportunities, and ensure plans are executed with discipline and impact.
  • This role is well suited to someone who enjoys negotiation, customer management, and using data to improve execution and commercial results.
  • Operating in a competitive and fast-moving FMCG environment, this role will challenge your ability to balance customer relationships, promotional planning, trade spend management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of customer business plans, improving Perfect Store execution, managing claims and trade spend processes, and contributing to stronger forecasting and S&OP alignment.
  • This is an opportunity to play a visible role in a high-priority category, working across multiple internal teams and external customer stakeholders.
  • The role will give the successful applicant exposure to commercial decision-making, customer negotiations, promotional ROI, operational execution, and capability-building initiatives across the business.
  • Given the level of customer ownership and commercial impact required, we will be looking for candidates who meet the below criteria:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing management, with a strong track record in selling, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Strong FMCG experience, ideally in Personal Care, beauty and Home Care categories
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use data and insights to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in eCommerce or marketing would be advantageous.
  • This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded FMCG professional who wants to take ownership of customer execution, influence growth plans, and build deeper experience across modern trade, category performance, and customer development in KSA.
