Overview
Our client in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a Supply Chain Cost Controller.
You will take ownership of inventory control, costing, COGS, and supply chain finance activities across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, depots, branches, and 3PL operations.
Key responsibilities

- :
- Managing inventory control, reconciliations, stock valuation, and variance analysis
- .
- Leading monthly closing activities related to inventory, logistics costs, and COGS
- .
- Monitoring inventory movements including receipts, transfers, dispatches, returns, damages, and write-offs
- .
- Developing and maintaining standard costing, landed cost analysis, and profitability reporting
- .
- Controlling physical stock counts across factories, warehouses, depots, and third-party logistics locations
- .
- Identifying inventory risks including slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stock
- .
- Analyzing supply chain costs and partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive cost optimization initiatives
- .
Requirement

- 4–6 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, supply chain finance, or financial contro
- l.
- FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industry experience preferre
- d.
- Strong knowledge of inventory valuation, costing, COGS analysis, reconciliations, and financial reportin
- g.
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantag
- e.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skill

- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to challenge operational teams constructivel

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fie
