About the Role
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Female Creative Barista to join our team. This role focuses on preparing trendy, Instagram-worthy specialty beverages—from matcha creations to functional wellness drinks. No espresso-machine skills are required.
Your creativity, presentation skills, and ability to craft unique drinks will be the highlight of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of modern, innovative drinks (wellness drinks, infusions, matcha, cold beverages, etc.)
- Create and experiment with signature beverage recipes aligned with current trends
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation
- Provide warm and friendly customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Support in menu development, seasonal beverages, and new product ideas
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in cafés specializing in trendy, creative, or wellness drinks
- Strong sense of creativity, presentation, and beverage styling
- Fast, organized, and reliable work ethic
- Female candidates only, as per business requirement
- Must be available to join immediately
- Good communication and customer-service skills
