Business function
The Finance function supports reporting, financial planning, and finance processes.
It provides analysis for business decisions, along with capital management, business planning, forecasting, tax, and accounting advisory services.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Ensure revenue generation and cost incidence are accurately captured, with financial controls to prevent revenue and cost leakage.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual GST returns.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, as well as monthly flash reports.
- Prepare business review and budget presentations.
- Identify and resolve system issues and drive automation of manual processes.
- Perform cost analytics to drive entity-level efficiencies and develop cost allocation methodologies by segment, product, and branch based on cost drivers.
- Finalize accounts monthly in accordance with Group standards.
- Provide inputs for new product and process setup to support seamless flow through downstream systems.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and workflows.
- Address ad hoc requirements based on management needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of MIS experience in a bank or NBFC.
- Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
- MBA in finance from a premier university is preferred.

- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in banking and non-banking finance within the BFSI industry.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and general ledger structure.
