Sell specific Bupa products to retail customers based on generated leads and customer needs.
Follow sales processes, support high customer satisfaction, and help the Retail Sales business achieve its targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet team leader KPIs for calls, visits, and proposals; find leads through online sources, calls, territory management, referrals, and CRM.
- Submit quotations within the department's 72-hour KPI and maintain high standards in written Arabic and English correspondence.
- Meet renewal book targets and track sales from prospect identification through calls, meetings, follow-ups, pricing, agreement signature, and relationship management.
- Collect premiums under Finance and credit control policies and achieve full outstanding collection.
- Send daily sales reports to the Team Leader and monthly reports of accounts won and lost.
- Monitor market and competitor practices and share intelligence with retail sales management.
- Meet weekly sales call standards and complete reporting and forecasting on time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on queries that require coordination with Membership, Customer Service, Pre-Authorization, Claims, Finance, or other departments.
- Visit clients monthly or as needed to build relationships and apply the loyalty program.
Skills
- Good grasp of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Drive to perform at high levels.
Compliance
- Comply with SAMA and CCHI regulatory requirements to mitigate compliance risk.
