Analyze and report on KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and improve functional performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources; produce performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Performance analysis
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to assess organizational performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors affecting performance.
- Work with stakeholders to define performance metrics and targets.
- Recommend performance improvements based on analysis.
Performance reporting
- Develop and distribute regular stakeholder performance reports.
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations that communicate trends and insights.
- Ensure data and reports are accurate and consistent, and customize reports to stakeholder needs.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Data visualization
- Design informative visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
Skills and experience
- Proven performance analysis and reporting experience, preferably in a data-intensive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools and experience creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of performance management principles, KPIs, and metrics.
- Advanced Excel and statistical analysis tools such as R or Python are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is desirable.
