Provide senior architectural site supervision leadership across a portfolio of projects.
Ensure construction quality, technical compliance, and strong client relationships.
Manage site architecture teams and support the department’s technical objectives.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 18 years of architectural site supervision experience, including significant leadership of site teams and projects.
- Expert knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and UAE codes.
- Strong record delivering architectural site supervision across multiple large or complex projects.
- UAE and wider GCC experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural site supervision across a portfolio of projects.
- Oversee technical quality, inspection standards, and compliance of architectural construction works.
- Manage senior client relationships on architectural site matters and represent the company in key meetings.
- Lead review and resolution of complex architectural site issues and technical queries.
- Manage, mentor, and develop associates and senior site architects.
- Support assessment of complex contractor claims and variations related to architectural works.
- Drive continuous improvement in site supervision practices and quality standards.
Pay
- Listed pay is AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
