Lead architectural specifications across Mirage projects, ensuring documents are technically accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with design intent.
Act as the senior technical authority on specification content, materials, and construction standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 12–14 years' experience in architectural specification writing, including senior-level experience.
- Expert knowledge of specification formats such as NBS and Uniclass, materials, and construction standards.
- Strong understanding of UAE and international building codes as they relate to specifications.
- Experience managing specification packages for large or complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preparation of comprehensive, technically accurate architectural specification packages.
- Review and approve content prepared by specification coordinators; coordinate development with architects, engineers, and design consultants.
- Research and evaluate materials, products, and construction methods for specifications.
- Ensure specifications meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements; support authority submissions and technical queries.
- Mentor specification coordinators and improve templates and standards across the business.
Pay
- The posting states pay of AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
