Overview
- In this high-impact leadership role, you will:
- Lead the origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, joint ventures, dry fund deals, and partnerships with developers and master developers.
- Build and leverage an established network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners, and capital providers in the Kingdom.
- Underwrite and analyze new opportunities using institutional grade investment processes, including fund level structuring and due diligence.
- Support asset management activities for existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.
