Overview
Al Jubairi Law Firm is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to provide legal services and advisory support within a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before courts and judicial authorities.
- Draft and prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
- Review contracts and legal agreements.
- Provide legal consultations across various legal matters.
- Analyze cases, regulations, and legal defenses.
- Follow up on legal cases and procedures.
- Attend hearings and legal meetings representing clients’ interests.
- Prepare legal reports and recommendations.
- Monitor legal developments and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with the legal team to achieve effective legal outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage cases and legal proceedings.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
