Overview
- Understand the productivity report and guide associates on floor
- Understand the daily targets and basic level allocation of work
- Monitor CPP for assigned area and flag deviations to the supervisor.
- Raise floor issues to the line manager promptly
- Track and monitor individual staff productivity and support benchmark achievement.
- Coordinate with other supervisors to cross-utilize associates across processes
- Ensure floor area is clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Individual daily productivity vs. benchmark
- Attendance clearing accuracy and timeliness
- SLA adherence for in the assigned activity
