Join Wise’s Pricing Analytics team as a Senior Analytics Manager.
The team supports sustainable growth and fair, transparent customer fees.

Responsibilities
- Lead analysts working on datasets, metrics, statistical modeling and deeper analysis.
- Manage the Pricing Model while balancing Finance and Product stakeholder needs.
- Own and improve pricing models to guide strategic decisions and maintain fair, low customer fees.
- Analyze unit economics and profitability drivers across customer cohorts.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to allocate costs to products and transactions.
- Investigate complex cost data to improve upstream data quality and allocation methodologies.
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and influence product priorities.
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years of analyst experience and 2–5 years leading others; periods may overlap.
- Experience working in a financial company.
- Strong analytical ability and extensive SQL experience building and maintaining complex data sources.
- Experience using visualization tools to surface insights.
- Understanding of statistics and statistical modeling, including central tendency, variance and testing.
- Evidence of impact beyond basic role requirements.
- Ability to self-organize and manage stakeholders.
Nice to have
- dbt experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working in a pricing function is beneficial but not essential.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is stated as £105,000–£150,000 GBP annually.
- Benefits include company RSUs, private medical and life insurance, discounted gym membership, cycle-to-work scheme, sabbatical leave after four years, maternity leave and an annual self-development budget.
