What you'll do
- Set squad direction by clarifying customer needs, market opportunities and strategic choices.
- Lead discovery across the transfer journey to identify unmet needs, friction and growth opportunities.
- Analyze the effects of price, speed and convenience on customer decisions.
- Size customer and commercial opportunities and shape evidence-based product priorities.
- Lead and coach senior analysts, supporting their work and career development.
- Stay hands-on with high-impact or ambiguous problems and guide complex analysis.
- Communicate evidence clearly and influence stakeholders to turn strategic choices into action.
What you'll bring
- Experience leading and developing analytics teams, including experienced or senior analysts.
- A track record of shaping product strategy and business direction through analytics.
- Strong product and commercial judgment connecting customer needs, product choices, growth and sustainable economics.
- Experience leading discovery and identifying high-value opportunities in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Deep understanding of product analytics and customer behavior across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Expertise using quantitative evidence, including experimentation and causal analysis, to inform decisions.
Compensation
- The description lists an annual salary range of GBP 105,000 to GBP 150,000.
