Senior Analyst – SailPoint providing L2/L3 operational support for IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud environments.

Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC.
- Perform application onboarding and offboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation.
- Support JML processes, access requests, role management, and certification campaigns.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLAs.
- Monitor SailPoint jobs, connectors, workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot related issues.
- Coordinate access governance with application owners, security teams, and auditors.
- Support compliance, audit requests, access reviews, RBAC, and SoD controls.
- Identify automation and process improvements; maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
Required skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services, REST APIs, and application integrations.
- Understanding of provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, SoD controls, and access governance.
- Experience with SailPoint onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management; basic knowledge of Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred skills
- Enterprise-scale SailPoint experience, IAM compliance and audit knowledge, and automation or operational process optimization experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices is preferred.
