Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing.
  • Validate Power BI reports and dashboards, including data accuracy and business logic.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium; create and execute Cucumber BDD scenarios.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; validate data across source systems and Power BI reporting layers.
  • Support CI/CD testing and automation and participate in test planning, execution, and reporting.

Required skills

  • Mid-level QA experience and strong testing expertise.
  • Strong experience with Power BI testing and reporting validation.
  • Proficiency in Java and Selenium; experience with Cucumber/BDD.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes and experience in Agile environments.
  • Strong data testing and validation skills.

Preferred skills

  • Maven, TestNG, Azure CI/CD, GitHub, and Jira are preferred.

Workplace

  • Work model is onsite in Toronto, Ontario.
