Role overview
Senior Analyst in Operations Cost Accounting within Global Supply Chain Finance.
Provides financial oversight for the Jeddah manufacturing site and partners with regional and global stakeholders.
Reports to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs, including production volumes, conversion costs, and cost savings; provide reporting and business commentary.
- Lead monthly forecasts and annual budgets, support S&OP, and identify plant performance risks and opportunities.
- Prepare capital proposals and ROI analysis, monitor project execution, and improve capital-spending tracking.
- Identify manufacturing cost savings through analysis of equipment productivity (OEE), resource allocation, and sourcing.
- Strengthen Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls, coordinate audits, and implement audit recommendations.
- Coordinate financial reporting with regional and shared services teams; support statutory reporting and global initiatives.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
- Solid accounting principles knowledge; exposure to US GAAP is ideal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP/BPC systems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- FMCG or supply chain experience is a plus.

Location and work arrangements
