Overview
- Analyze financial statements and project cost reports to assess financial performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support project costing, budget control, and variance analysis for ongoing construction /
- manufacturing projects.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support investment decisions and tender
- evaluations.
- Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to monitor budgets, cash flows, and billing cycles.
- Conduct financial due diligence and feasibility analysis for new developments or expansions.
- Evaluate subcontractor/supplier financial proposals and support tendering processes.
- Monitor compliance with local financial regulations and company policies (e.g., VAT, TAX & Corporate TAX).
- Provide support during audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with business Heads to gather data and understand operational drivers.
- Prepare executive-level presentations with clear financial narratives and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
