Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions for complex initiatives.
• Document and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Support business cases, project scoping, prioritization, and planning; maintain requirements documentation and analysis standards.
• Analyze business and technology challenges; develop solution concepts, process maps, workflows, and requirements documentation.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, build stakeholder relationships, and drive alignment.
• Support testing, deployment, adoption, training, and change management.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of business analysis experience supporting solution delivery, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing requirements for complex stakeholders and projects and working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, SDLC, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
• Business analysis and project management certifications, relevant industrial-sector experience, and familiarity with Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or ArcGIS are assets.

Wage

• Starting wage is $53.92 per hour; final wage and step are determined at selection under the collective agreement.

Work arrangement

• The role is based at EPCOR Tower in Edmonton.
• The successful candidate may be eligible for the hybrid Where We Work Program after 3 to 6 months and subject to program eligibility criteria.

Hours

• 80 hours biweekly.
