Reports to the Principal ML Platform Engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- Build generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG, document intelligence, and AI agents.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Deploy AI solutions using APIs, Docker, and cloud-native platforms.
- Develop dashboards and analytical products using Power BI.
- Monitor production models and data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and drive solution adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, REST APIs, Docker, and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, LangChain, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Healthcare, insurance, consulting, or client-facing technology delivery experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 35,000–45,000 per month.
