Role overview
Lead the application development team and oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
Work with business stakeholders and other departments to deliver solutions supporting organizational requirements and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Review development requirements and tickets and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead development and implementation of software applications, components, and unit tests.
- Implement features based on business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational productivity through technology.
- Guide, mentor, and develop the technical capabilities of the development team.
- Manage application code and changes within a secure environment.
- Gather and evaluate team feedback and provide timely updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of application development experience, including experience leading development teams.
- Strong knowledge of software design and programming principles.
- Hands-on understanding of Angular UI, TypeScript, REST API, .NET Core, and EF Core.
- Strong programming skills in C# and SQL are essential.
- Familiarity with Git repositories, CI/CD practices, Blue/Green deployments, and Canary deployment patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Pay
- AED 23,000–25,000 per month.
