Our team supports international clients through structured processes, clear communication, and reliable coordination.
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will take ownership of high-level administrative functions and support senior management.
This is not a basic support role—you will manage critical workflows, coordinate across departments, and ensure daily operations run smoothly at a professional standard.
You will act as a central point of coordination within the office, handling sensitive information, managing priorities, and improving administrative systems that support business performance.

Document Management
Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and internal documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Communication Handling
Manage email correspondence, internal communication, and coordination between departments.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and implement improved systems and procedures.
Experience
5+ years in administrative or office support roles, with experience supporting senior staff or management.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Technical Ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
Experience
with administrative tracking tools is an advantage.
Language Skills
Fluent in English.
Additional languages are a plus.
Mindset
You are reliable, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
You maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
