Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, and cost control.
The role seeks a strong background in construction and/or manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and financial statements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
- Handle bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and customer collections.
- Manage inventory accounting and manufacturing expenses.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
- A B.Com, M.Com, or MBA is mandatory.
- Construction and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
