Seeking a Civil Construction Coordinator experienced in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
The role calls for coordination, planning, documentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily civil construction and infrastructure activities.
- Liaise with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation; monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and site resources; track milestones, identify delays, and support corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and company procedures; attend meetings and follow up on actions.
- Assist with technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong coordination, planning, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay range: AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
