Falcon Laboratory LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for its finance team.
The company provides geotechnical, material testing, and environmental services.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and review invoices, payment requests, and employee reimbursements accurately and promptly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure ledger entries are accurate.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams on financial decisions and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- M.Com or equivalent master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in laboratory, construction, or industrial services is preferred.
- Working knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Job type is full-time, permanent.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
