Promote Falcon Laboratory's testing services and develop business in the UAE construction and engineering sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for laboratory testing services.
- Promote construction material testing, soil testing, and related services.
- Build client relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and construction companies.
- Visit clients and project sites to generate leads and win business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and agreements.
- Coordinate with laboratory and technical teams to match services to client needs.
- Monitor market and competitor activity and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Sales or business development experience in laboratory testing services is preferred.
- Construction, engineering, or material testing industry experience is an advantage.
- UAE construction market knowledge and established industry contacts are preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are required.
- Ability to generate leads, build business relationships, and meet sales targets is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800–7,600 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
