Support financial operations for related entities across a diversified portfolio of entities and investments.
The role covers accounting records, financial reporting, VAT compliance, banking transactions, and audit support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support IFRS-compliant financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist with cash flow management.
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and maintain compliance documentation.
- Manage fixed asset records and investment accounting activities.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a Private Equity, Aviation, Family Office, or multi-entity environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
- High accuracy and integrity, with ability to handle confidential information.
Salary
- AED 16,000–18,000 per month.
