Learning and development
- Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and stakeholder consultations.
- Design, coordinate, and implement learning programs; develop annual training plans and learning calendars.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements; manage onboarding and orientation learning for new employees.
Training management
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications, and liaise with providers, universities, and consultants.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning documentation; ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Talent development
- Support career development, succession planning, employee growth initiatives, and Individual Development Plans.
- Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs, and promote continuous learning and professional development.
Performance and reporting
- Track learning KPIs and prepare periodic reports; evaluate effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate learning data and recommend development initiatives to improve employee performance.
Policy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Review and update learning and development procedures and guidelines; support related HR audits and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
