About the Role

Responsibilities
- Reconcile all employee and business unit accounts in adherence to accounting policies and standards
- Plan, manage, coordinate and implement year end closing processing for assigned accounting records
- Provide technical accounting support and interpretation to business units
- Ensure bank reconciliations are verified on a timely basis
- Oversee preparation of monthly management reports and accompanying schedules
- Support cash management, banking, vendor relationships and ERP system implementation
- Liaise with HR on financial and timely payment arrangements for monthly payroll
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in accounting
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Package knowledge

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all relevant accounting policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Follow day to day activities related to own job with minimal supervision.
- Follow up on escalated cases/issues/questions of junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Plan, manage, coordinate and implement year end closing processing.
- Provide technical accounting support and interpretation to business units.
- Reconcile all accounts and financial records of business units.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are verified on a timely basis.
- Review monthly bank reconciliations and sign off.
- Support cash management, banking, vendor relationships and ERP system implementation.
- Liaise with HR on financial and timely payment arrangements for monthly payroll.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide needed data.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong communication.
- Microsoft Package knowledge.
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting.
