About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Male Accountant who can manage financial operations while also supporting documentation, admin tasks, and client coordination.
This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, reporting, and reconciliations
- Handle invoices, documentation, and contracts
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments and financial matters
- Support administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
- 5–8 years of accounting experience & more than 3 years in UAE (real estate / holiday homes preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be fully flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- Should be highly committed and available to handle urgent tasks at short notice
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with extended hours when needed
- Must be reliable, responsive, and able to prioritize work under pressure
Preferred
- Experience in property management accounting
- Knowledge of crypto transactions
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations
