  • Support the monthly accounting close process.
  • Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, including follow-up and closure of discrepancies.
  • Some cost accounting tasks may be assigned as needed, requiring some familiarity with standard material costs and labor/overhead rates.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with financial and operational audits and assist CFO with managing the year-end audit.
  • Correspond with other departments to ensure proper accounting for purchases and expenses.
  • Coordination with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure activity is properly recorded in the general ledger
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Perform various accounting, financial or administrative tasks, often on short notice, at the request of the management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of three years of practical accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Experience working with IQMS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
