  • To produce required product, maintaining quality and production standards.
  • To inspect and change molds when required.
  • To report any abnormalities, injury or hazards to supervisor immediately.
  • Knowledge of molding process, heat, water and air controls.
  • Ability to work on platform, to bend, stoop, lift, grip, clamp, etc., in the performance of mold operation.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack and move bundles of product.
  • Knowledge of and ability to safely inspect molds, heating and cooling sides, and mold machine in general.
  • Ability to work in areas of high temperature for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
