Job Description
**EZEE Workers Employment Services Center** is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, consolidating reports from our GCC branches, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and consolidate financial reports from branches in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports to management
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC financial regulations and standards
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant (preferably in UAE or GCC)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Strong knowledge in accounting softwares like Zoho books & ERP
- Experience handling multi-branch or multi-country accounts (GCC preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fluency in English is a must (Arabic is a plus)
AED 4,000 – 5,000 (Onsite)
