Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and perform account reconciliations.
Responsibilities
include preparing financial statements, analyzing data for decision-making, managing payroll, handling tax filings, and ensuring audit readiness.
The role will require close collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial management and provide insights for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving
- Thorough understanding of tax compliance and audit processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred
- Experience in the logistics or delivery services industry is an advantage
