About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of client accounts, manage end-to-end accounting processes, and lead a team with confidence.
You’ll be working closely with UAE-based clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely financial reporting across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and finalize end-to-end accounting for multiple client portfolios independently
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting with high accuracy
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filings and documentation
- Prepare and support UAE Corporate Tax computations, including profit calculations and disclosures
- Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial data flow
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years of experience handling UAE Clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) - mandatory
- Proven ability to independently handle and finalize accounts
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Prior experience in team leadership and training
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in a consultancy environment or multi-client handling is a strong advantage
