Senior Accountant

Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary finance escalation point for e-invoicing, tax inquiries, special projects, SCM, PTP, and other finance matters.
• Maintain financial controls through closing checklists, reconciliations, accrual reviews, and financial analyses.
• Develop standard operating procedures and comply with corporate policies and internal control requirements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and support inventory, product costing, manufacturing accounting, and reporting.
• Assist with statutory reporting, compliance, external audits, intercompany transactions, recharges, and R&D allocations.
• Partner with business leaders by providing financial insights and accounting advice.
• Support CAPEX accounting, fixed assets, cost tracking, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in finance or accounting within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley, US GAAP, and IFRS is desirable.
• SAP or Oracle knowledge is preferred.
• Experience preparing financial statements for statutory reporting is required.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and business partnering skills are expected.
• The role requires independent delivery, initiative, learning agility, teamwork, and comfort with ambiguity.
