About This Role
Senior Accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance, with the ability to work independently, must handle Accounts payable and receivables.and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet items
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
