Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Accountant** with a strong background in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting project-based accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements
- Monitor cash flow and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and revenues
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in accounting, preferably in the **construction industry**
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Good understanding of VAT regulations in UAE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED:8,000 to AED:10,000.00 per month.
